James Adair Tombstone
The following quote is from the program from "The Dedication of Joseph Adair, Sr. Tomb", October 9, 1988.
"James Adair was born in Ireland in 1709. He was an Indian Trader and published a book on the Indians in 1775. His descendents are in Arkansas and Oklahoma. One of his descendents is William Penn Adair Rogers. Better known as Will Rogers. This information can be found in the Will Rogers Museum in Oklahoma."
